• Ignore calls about KYC update, account blocking, lottery, rewards
• Never click unknown links from SMS/email
• Always contact your bank directly through official sources

📱 3. Don’t Download Unknown Apps

• Only install apps from trusted sources (Play Store/App Store)
• Unknown apps can steal your data silently

• To receive money → NO need to scan QR or enter PIN
• If asked → it’s likely a fraud

🌐 5. Use Only Official & Secure Websites

• Always visit the bank’s official website
• Check for https:// before using any site
• Avoid clicking links from unknown messages

⚠️ 6. Avoid Suspicious Transactions

• If you get an OTP without doing a transaction → report immediately
• If money is deducted wrongly → block your account/UPI quickly
• Regularly check your account activity

• Never share your email or banking passwords

• Use strong passwords:
  • At least 8 characters
  • Mix of letters, numbers & symbols
